Most productive but unorganised Class of Pakistani Society: Jobs

Due to world Economic recession  all the business institutes are in backward trend except few.Here I am taking about Pakistani society. Business of private schools and colleges is in the phase of boom now a days.Teachers of Private schools in Pakistan are most less paying class these days . They don't have the power of negotiation..  As owners of private institutes are mostly in politics and becoming more and more rich. example. you may be aware few of powerful figures of this society who are powerful now a days only because of their educational Institutes. Most new are  adding to this class due to high earning in this business.Their monthly income is in range of Rs. 200,000 to 2 million  per month after deducting  expenditure in few cases it is 100 millions pm
.But salary paid to a teacher who is teaching in these institutes is from Rs 2,500 (30 USD) to 25,000 300 USD).In  a big and advanced city like Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi,Karachi  , teachers  having Master degree or at least graduates are being paid Rs 6,000(60&) pm. whereas in Public Educational Institutes  i.e. Institutes running under Govt administration,.teachers are being paid from Rs .25,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 and in case of Ph.Ds.  Rs 150,000 pm with other facilities. Qualification of these teachers is from SSE  to master degree or few of these Ph.D.
One other painful aspect of this tragedy  is in 98 percent institutes teachers are not being paid  salaries for three months  i.e. Summer vacations. whereas Fee of these holidays is collected in advance from students' parents.as well as not even a single leave is allowed to these Nation Builders.Salary is deducted if a private institute teacher  due to any need gets leave. where as in Govt. Institutes  30 days leave is granted other than 90 days summer vacations are , with full payment,not even a single rupee is deducted from their salaries..
The reason why private school teachers are not in position to negotiate or get their job secure, is that this class is unorganized. they cannot show power,no trade union,no platform  , no patronage from government.
Most owners of these Institutes are Matriculate only and  their earning in millions which they don not pay even income tax like other society members who are in "HAVES" class but their teaching staff  which is minimum graduate and unable to survive due to very low paid salaries.
