Most of the Employers want to hire those people who work for them. It is the best way to show the employer that you are the right person to be hired.after consulting many articles and employers attitudes towards their employees.I recommend that you use your curiosity to continue gathering information.
- Be genuinely interested in learning more about it.
- Make your OJT (on Job Training) period very special and learn most rather than in work.
- Be curious during work, always show as you are really competent person for this job but don not stop learning any time.
- Use words in your cover letter and conversations that convey interest and enthusiasm.
- Act as if you already worked there
- Show that you have researched for the company
- Ask questions, building on what you already know about the company.
- Offer suggestions and ideas, if appropriate, to show that you are invested in the company..
- Don't hurt any worker's feelings, avoid back biting.if someone other in your work place is in this habit avoid him and prove yourself worthy.
- Don't behave like this to be known as "talkative personality"
