Students at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire have the unique opportunity to study in Latvia at the University of Latvia in Riga, the capital. Participants don’t have to know Latvian to study; the programs are English-based and whatever bits of conversational language students may need they will be acquired along the way. Of course the focus of study is on the new world order in the economic and social realms.
