Jobs in Royal University of Phnom Penh in Cambodia

I’m an incoming senior at my university. We have an open style history thesis, which means that I can write it on whatever I want. I am interested in the Cold War and American U.S. Foreign Policy, particularly in respect to Indochina (Vietnam/ Cambodia/ Laos). I don’t read any other languages well enough to utilize their primary sources. I need a topic that I can write on for a whole year and get an ~80+ page paper out of it. I need a topic with enough English-language primary sources. Any advice? George F. Kennan was the Cold War diplomat par excellence. If you could possibly interest yourself in the military side of things General William C. Westmoreland is definitely interesting.
